Dear Sir,
I purchased Celestron skymaster 15 x70 binocular from their website (http://www.thirdidigital.com), and paid through credit card. They did not deliver it not they have given any refund. When I am called they alway say that they have dispatched the item. After about such 10 calls they told me that the binocular was dispatched to some other address by mistake, so they will dispatch it again. after about 5 more days they told me that parcel was lost by bluedart, so they will give me refund. They are telling me everytime I will receive the refund same day but I have not received any refund. They are not providing any proof that they have processed refund, neither they have ever provided trekking detail of courier.
