I had purchased a sundirect HD connection, my customer no is 41347270278. yesterday on 9th may I had recharged my connection with Rs. 360 in sundirect website itself thro online banking. Rs. 360 is deducted in my bank account but it is still not showing in my sundirect online account, when I call to the customer service the information they give pertaining to my account is irrelevant. No resolution provided to me till even I had sent this issue thro mail to the nodal office of Tamilnadu. After interaction with the customer service person Mr. Walter today I can clearly understand they are cheating on me. he says my account has rs.107 balance and it has validity till aug'14. but my tv screen shows account is expired on 10th May. I had attached snap shop of my sundirect online accout screen for your reference. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this issue. earlier I had faced the same problem with them 4 months before.
