Complaint Details
I had my flight booked from delhi to chennai with PNR HBP8NK which was supposed to land chennai at 11 30 pm.The flight got delayed by 1 hr and landed at 12 27 pm instead. Therefore, I missed my onward Air India express flight to Tiruchirappalli which was supposed to take off at 1 20 pm. I had to spend all night at the airport. No help(accommodation for night or atleast taxi to the bus station) was provided by indigo upon so many requests. It caused me a lot of harassment all night, specially because i am having exams on the next day. Hereby attached is my ticket for the flight.
