Dear Advent Team ,

I wait to hear for this assured return which you have done with me .. what kind of assured return is this??? ..Do you call this assured return???????

I paid 20 % more than market price .. whatever you paid me IN ASSURED RETURN recollected in the name of extra FSI and for 6 months’ rent is not paid ..

When I purchased this property it was clear that it will be rented by you on possession .. it was not at the mercy of God that 6 months I will not get the rent .. My broker in spite of collecting his commission failed to get this thing in contract and I suffer now .... I have other assured returns from Spire tec / Edge there after possession I am getting my rent .. that is assured return. Not the one you are telling ..

After seeing the assured return by your company I have made a small note and I send to this on web and all others and consumer and other property site , warning people for the assured returns .. and can see your building and what is the meaning of assured return ..

No one should be fooled by assured return like the assured return you do ..

Do you call it assured return ????. where in your form it says that after possession it will be at God’s mercy and we will not pay any rent .You even changed my floor since you have to rent this and it was better as per you in that floor for the renting and I don’t see my rent coming for the six months .. Last rent / assured return chq which I have received is till July 31, 2012.. was it written in contract that after this .. no assurity for rent .. and all will be by God.. if that was the case I would have never paid you close to 1.5 cr..
As per assured return if you rent it its fine if not I should continue to get my 12 % .

IS THIS ASSURED RETURN ??? THAT IS A GREAT ADVENT FRAUD FOR ASSURED RETURN .

I expect you to pay my rent from Aug.1, 2012 without any further delay.

I don’t agree with your explanations .

Building is not even ready .. give the possession and stop the rent .. and there after 6 months or at the mercy of God for the rent is not what when I purchased these units.

No one will pay you 20 % more from the market price and 1. 5 cr white money cash for 9 months’ rent at the rate of 12 % and there after wait or no rent for 6 to 12 months .
That rent too take back from customer in the name of extra FSI . change his floor in the name of renting and don’t pay him rent for 6 to 12 months .

I was knowing this thing and I asked my broker to cover this thing .. it’s in email and in contract its missing ..

PL note I will be needing my rent or assured return for the full period if not PL start the arbitration process and the outcome of that will be final for both of us .
