Complaint Details
On 28th of April I got a call from shop cherries & Arun told me that I have won a Samsung 32 inch led TV in pumaford contest.He again called me on 30th April & told me to deposit Rs 4999 to register the prize.They took Rs 3999 on 30th by taking my debit card no & I transferred Rs1000 on 3rd May to their HDFC account.They also told me that they will send me Puma kit worth the same value after 4-5 days but till date I have neither received the kit nor a single mail.Always trying to ignore by saying server down,sick etc.
so I request to help to get me my hard earn money & take some serious action on such misleading companies.
