Dear All,
I had purchased a Samsung LED TV, Model: 46F5100 from karamana QRS. At the time of purchase no body from the company or the Samsung customer service mentioned that I have get the TV installed(Wall mounted ) with in 6 months of purchase to avail free installation. As I had some construction work at my place we decided to have it wall mounted after few months. When I received a call from the customer service regarding the installation I informed them the same and they advised me to call and inform them when ever we are ready. Just recently when I enquired in karamana QRS, they told me that installtion is now chargeble. Could some body help me with this as I have been cheated and no body gave me proper information.
