Hello,

I wish to express a strong regret to have Airtel as my connection.
I have activated my data plan and i am using internet then airtel cut my main balance. Befoer my balance is 160/-and after 54/-.
And the point is that after cut my main balance,my data balance is 9.45 MB. i am call tocoustmer care but they cannot refund my main balance.so sir
Please look into the matter carefully.
