Complaint Details
I had upgraded my Internet plan from Rs450 to Rs650 plan before crossing the free limit of the Bill cycle to avoid additional internet charges as per discussion with Airtel representative over phone . Airtel , while rasing bill , levied additional charges , mentioning Pro-rata which reduces the free 2GB Internet allowance as per 450plan .This , ignoring the fact that the plan was upgraded without any discontinuation and secondly the effect of the changeover was not disclosed thereby not allowing me an informed choice and forcing additional charges on me. Inspite of repeated appeals , the argument of disservice was not accepted .
