Passenger Name: Mr Subhajit Seat: D3 Ticket ID: N5GW1P Ticket PNR: 1754909 the AC wasn't working appropriately, & and the PLUGs for Charging were in a dilapidated condition. Non on the plugs were working in the entire bus. And when asked why -- the staff says "it doesnt work here in bus, if you have that much of a problem, get into a different bus!! " 1 -> The bus breaks down at HIRIYUR, -- cause : ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE 2 -> The bus again breaks down 30 kms approx before TUMKUR, near a TOLL. this time the driver proudly says we arent responsible talk to the bus authorities. Authorities dont pick up calls. Later we are advised by the NEETA bus authorities that the bus cannot ply anymore, board a local bus and help yourselves. Attached is the snap shot of the bus near the TOLL gate 30km ~ from tumkur. i want a total refund for this mishap. the ticket costed me 2000/- .!!
