Complaint Details
I was making booking at hotel.com with citi bank credit card, the transaction failed and a failed email was sent to me so i made the payment again but i was billed twice bank took 9 months to investigate and now telling me to pay both the amount. The point is should i not trust any email communication of payment failure or success which bank sends , how as a consumer going to their customer without this this is breach of trust for a customer who has been with them for 7 years.
