Complaint Details
I GAVE A COMPLAINT STATING MY A/C IS GETTING SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY.THE TECH CAME AND VERIFIED EVERYTHING AND SAID ONLY DUST IN FILTER SO NO AIRFLOW REST ALL ARE FINE.WITHIN 2 DAYS THE COOLING OF A/C HAS GONE.I REPORTED AND TECH CAME AND SAID GAS IS GONE.NEXT DAY ANOTHER TECH CAME AND SAID NOW GAS AND COIL IS GONE.I REPORTED TO SAMSUNG HEAD AND A GUY NAMED DAVINDAR CALLED UP AND SAID I WILL ARRANGE A VISIT FROM ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER AND GET REPORT FROM THEM AND INFORM YOU.AFTER A WEEK THE NEW TECH CAME HE CHANGED THE COIL AND CHARGED ME RS.7000.WHEN I ASKED HE SAID WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING WE WERE ASKED TO CHANGE SO WE CHANGED.WHEN I ASKED THE FRAUD DAVINDER HE SAYS YOU PAY NOW OR WE WILL REMOVE THE A/C AND TAKE BACK.ONCE WE FIND THE SOLUTION THEN NEXT 2 R 3 DAYS I WILL GIVE DISCOUNT AND PUT IT BACK.I SAID I WILL PAY NOW AND WHEN DISCOUNT COMES YOU CREDIT ME.HE SAYS ITS NOT COMPANY POLICY.I CLEARLY STATED IF THERE IS A PROBLEM I WOULD NOT SERVICE AND I WILL GO FOR A NEW ONE.BUT AT THE END FRAUDS CHEATED ME.
