Complaint Details
We were promised warranty from our sales point during warranty period as they promised to be between us and the company and we beleived them but now when we gave them our phone for repair(within the warranty period), we were charged 700 rs. and they then gave us a threat of not giving us our phone back until we pay the same. And we were hence bound to follow their orders. Later on we called up the customer care who said that are phone is not even 9 months old and such problems are not charged. They gave a vague explanation that we hadn't informed them of our phone was not in warranty where as their own records go against what they say for it is their records that proof that our phone was in warranty and moreover we weren't asked for the same. The bill that they are showing also dosen't have our signature which proves that we hadnt even seen what they are marking.
