I have a reliance number as a back up.Got it recharged a few months back and now the balance is almost zero without me even using it.After every few days they start charging 1,3 or 5 rupees everyday in the name of VAS services.I noticed this before and complained .They agreed that I had no such services activated but refused to give the whole refund .I got only 9 rupees back i.e 3 days.
After a few days the same thing started happening again.Again minor deductions were made everyday although no services were activated.Talk about activating services when you are not even using the number!they refuse to give you a refund or even explain why the charges were made in the first place.I have wasted a lot of my time trying to contact them and asking for explanation but was given none.Neither was I refunded the money that was charged in this illegal way
I understand that similar thing has been happening to millions of other people and from what i can get is that it is just a way for reliance to make money 3-5 rs each day for say even a million people make it 3- 5 million.
I dont think anyone has a right to do that
I demand something be done about this please
This is absolutely illegal and I fail to understand how this is so openly being done without any repercussions for reliance till date
