Complaint Details
I ordered my first anniversary cake from http://www.giftstoindia24x7.com/ and i paid for same day delivery. My order # is GTI1059574/2014. But they have not delivered the cake, when i called them and ask about its status they closed the ticket by saying it was delivered.Onthe other side, it was never delivered, my whole family was waiting for this cake. After making so much of payment, still i had to felt so embarassing in front of all family members. I want compensation and my money back. Can some one do somthing for me.
