I am L. Muruganantham.,B.E., B.L., Advocate, Enrollment No: MS 1991/2012 residing in the address stated above.

I and my mother was extremely dis-satisfied by using the Reliance GSM service with Mobile Number 9994176877. They involve in so many personified form of cheating,there are so many infirmities in charging call charges. Poorest service. Non responsive calls from Customer care service, Even after submitting many records like ID proof, Photo, they never cared to update the details. Even if i call the customer care service they keep on Hold the call for more than 15 to 30 minutes and finally disconnect the call without having any respect for their customers valuable time. I am wasting so much of my valuable time to get the problem rectified but they never cared to rectify the problem even after waiting for 30 minutes. And the reliance keeps on charging excess without rectifying the problem. From facts and circumstance it is revealed that it might be tactics practiced by them to charge excess from customer. I wish you to order Reliance to provide my Reliance pre paid statement for the last 1 year. Kindly process the complaint in the most serious manner and provide me compensation and opportunity cost associated with time in trying to contact their customer care service and their non responsiveness.
