Complaint Details
On 19.10.2013, I have online ordered Zopo ZP990 6 inch FHD MT6589 Turbo 2 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM. Through their online site “www.zopomobile.in” Full payment of Rs 23300/- was made with Order ID: WVSNR53837. On 21.10.2013, I made CASH payment of Rs 23300/- in their HDFC Bank Account, which was received and confirmed by them through E-Mail and also on phone. They committed to deliver the phone in 7 working days, but it was not delivered till Feb 2014. Due to delay I cancelled the order on 03/02/2014 and waiting for more than 20 days for refund. More than 3 months have passed since cancellation, there is no response from ZOPO for refund. Pl help. I have attached email communication for your ready reference.
