Iam Sankaranand.K. In reference to the house hold transfer i was about to do from hosur to shahdol (M.P). I booked Chennai Packers & Movers in Bangalore. They packed and loaded the material in hosur on 20th April, 2014. The consignment number is 6186. It was committed that it will take 15 days to reach shahdol (M.P). But instead, they took the material to chennai and unloaded it, and is having the material as of today (13.May.2014) in chennai. My parents ought to go chennai, and they are trying to load the materials now. But still, they are not responding properly, and agreeing to load the materials partially only. And many of the food consumables which we was packed is removed and taken out. Almost all food consumables like rice are now half of the quantity that we gave packing & transporting. The complete consignment transport charge is also paid to them immediately in hosur itself (Receipt number - 13375). It is very painful to have a follow up. The person who booked the consignment is not even attending the calls now from me. Trusting a registered company itself seems to be unsafe. Kindly take necessary actions so that these kind of actions are not repeated by them in future to anyone. I have attached the quotation obtained from them for your reference, and have also mentioned the consignment number and paid receipt number in the details above. Thanks.
