Hi i am Satheesh Kumar. I got a worst experience with Airtel data cards. During 1st week of April 2014 i got a call from one of the telecaller named Divya (from this no. 9150172902) claiming that she was from Airtel. She explained me the post-paid data card details and i am interested to buy 3G, 1GB data card for the rent of 250/month scheme.
Couple of days after that one representative (9150677714) came to my office and handed over a dongle and post-paid sim card after getting necessary address and ID proof. The next day, another person came to my home and verified the address details.
Next day one more person came to my home and replaced the sim given earlier. (Claiming that initially they made a mistake by delivering a Tamilnadu Sim instead of Chennai Sim).
I waited for the activation of SIM card for many days and nothing happened. I called several times Divya (9150172902), SIM representative (9150677714) and sim delivery representative (9150173550). They didn’t attend my calls. Even if i call from another number, there was no proper response. After few days somehow i got their manager’s Ram’s no. (9150174172). But his number was always switched off.
I called the customer care Number : 1800 103 0405, no one even knows my sim card no.
I tried to log complaint with Airtel and their “contact us” tab in the website always shows “Error 404: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 404”
Airtel is no giving respect to their customers and they using bad words. I want to give back the sim and to get a new connection.
