No channels are comming on TV . complaint easily not lodged. Service centre Call is also poor . holds on phone on toll free number more than 10 to 15 minutes. on several and many times efforts on phone, complaint lodged after 15 days on 7th May,2014. COmplaint no. is 220027937 .we received Message "Company engineer will visit shortly within 48 hours . " we daily try to lodge the complaint to senior ,holds line more than 15 minutes and phone is disconnected .on sunday one senior executive assured to resolve setup box problem ,still setup box is not replaced. TV is dead,no channel is comming.
