dear sir,
i want to state in your kind notice that i had ordered magicon mnote mobile (black) on 30 April-2014 and it is delivered on 3rd May-2014 but when i opened the parcel, i found that mobile box seal was broken and after assembled, it was not switched on, means product was defective. i immediately complaint for the product the customer care asked me to send snapshot of defective product and i sent all snaps to customer care on 5th may. But till date snapdeal back-end team not paying attention for resolving the problem and always assuring that "ur complaint is forwarded and our team is working in 48 hour". i have called & e-mailed customer care 8 times but nobody is ready to take responsibility for delay and such a worst service. before this, i had already made 5 orders but every order consist some deficiency, at last i m exhausted and want to replace product urgently with compensation for delay due loss in my personal business. Hope, u will solve the problem with compensation.
