Complaint Details
This is to draw attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. My Order No: V16414817 on 9th May 2014 (Friday) at Pune, Deccan Gymkhana Office, Near 'Z' Bridge. It was assured that the parcel will reach Chiplun (Dist-Ratnagiri) by Saturday, but courier was not Delivered on time and there was bad response by the Office staff. They wasted my whole Saturday in telling the courier is in Transit. On Saturday Evening I again went to Courier office but behaviour was RUDE by Staff, as they don't care about the courier.
I am sorry to inform you that such negligent and unprofessional behavior was not expected from an established company like DTDC.
Delivery of courier was done on Monday means 2 Days delay. They charged me Rs 575 and some 180 plus servies to deliver courier asap.
Please deliver on time for which you are taking double money as compare to other courier services.
Kindly do the need full to solve my problem.
