Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have applied for the mentioned policies with HDFC Life.


Policy # 16453817 for Rs 99,999 dated 13/12/2013
Policy # 16453019 for Rs 99,999 dated 13/12/2013
Policy # 16536183 for Rs 90,000 dated 13/12/2013
Policy # 16536485 for Rs 90,000 dated 13/12/2013


The two policies we recieved are 16453817 & 16453019, however in the policy Application Form the signature of the Assured Person does not match with the original and the the assured person was not in India at that time.


The other two policies 16536183 & 16536485 have not yet been recieved and upon inquiring with HDFC Branch office Delhi, it was learnt that they have been delievered to Mr. D Singh who is not realted to us at all.



I have also registered the complaint in HDFC Life office in East delhi. Complaint Ref # are 268688, 268691, 268689, 268690.



I have recieved various mails HDFCSL -001 416562, 001416553, 001 408510,001 413881 AND AS PER REQUEST HAVE SUBMITTED MY PASSPORT COPY PAN CARD COPY & SPECIFMEN SIGNATURE

to your various Customer Service Agents like Ramya, Tejas, Gajeswari, etc. They all have been calling me and my father also but when I call them back they say they have not recived my documents which is just not possible.


Considering all the above, I hereby request you to investigate and request you to cancel all the policies and resolve the complaint.
