Complaint Details
I cancelled my ticket with(booking ID :TUAR97594) from goibibo web portal on April 22, 2014. I still haven't received my refund even when as per company;s policy refund must be done within 5-7 days. even speaking to goibibo customer care or managment team was of no help.
