Sir/ Madam,
There have been several calls by Idea cellular to my friends and relatives about recovery of outstanding Bill amount for a connection that I had discontinued due to false bill and network issues. They have been calling them either as bank agents, courier agency or any other and then abuse them, asking them to pay the outstanding bill.
A month ago I had call from Idea, which I had duly cooperated and agreed to pay settlement bill amount. I just asked them to send me a mail marked by Idea about the settlement details, so that I may have a proof of settlement, which they did not and even started to misbehave with me. Now after a month, they have sent me a mail threatening me to take legal action against me if I do not pay the full amount of bill plus penalty. The bill was already a false bill of around 1500, which they now claim as 2300 plus penalty. I hereby request to kindly ask Idea to stop this misbehavior, and stop calling my relatives. I am available on mail and reply to them when required. I have also cooperated with them in recovery proceeding, but since they did not send me a mail for settlement, I would not pay an amount without any proof of settlement. Also, the real bill was only around Rs. 1000, which I had earlier agreed to pay. Stop calling my friends and relatives for the same.
