Complaint Details
I had purchased mobile phone set from Reliance bigadda in August 2011 and got this phone from bigaddashop online and cash on delivery .
My order number is 300001940 and now its more than 2 years that faulty product picked from my home on 03rd october 2011 till date I have neither received the handset replacement nor any refund & top of it no communication from bigadda in this regards. All the contact toll free number ( 18002097009 ) & phone numbers ( 61955700 / 9223522200 / 9223322211 / 9223435656 / 9223435566 / 9223306677 ) of bigadda are disconnected or suspended. All the phones are closed as mention on the site, no body is responding nor bothered to revert.
I was been promised for the replacement in a weeks time, but so far no sunshine from Reliance Bigadda.
In regards to this I take forward my request again with a positive hope that you & your team will certainly take initiatives in resolving my complaint.
