sir i enquired mr.rajesh from europack india regarding to purchase automatic forming seedling machine mr rejesh had given me an qotation of machine and told me to pay 40% of the money as advance for machine and remaining when the dispatch of the machine he told to pay the machine cost is totally 11,00,000 (eleven lakh only)we made an payment of 3,90,000 as part payment to purchase machine in the month of march and he told it will take 30 to 60 days to get ready of the machine after 45 days he told to pay remaining 700,000rs we made the payment also but its all most one week over by making payment now he is not picking our calls or not responding to us whether he dispatches the machine or not so please i request with you to take an action on them and make us an justice to our problem , we have the bill also for which we made the payment
