Sun Smart Card 41420526760 (COMPLAINT)
Sir,
I have been calling Sun Direct Customer Care for the past 3 days, but I am not able to view the TV.
I have paid money and my account is having money, but we are not able to view TV.
Customer care is not answering properly, they are saying technical team has to look into the issue.
As a end user, I am really fed up of using SUN DIRECT.
Kindly look into this ASAP, it this is not solved early, I will have to approach the consumer court.
