I deposit a mobile C2-03 at NOKIA care( Tirupati Tele Care,91 R.B. Sarani Serampore,Hooghly 712201 for rectifying a problem (touching takes place on different position then desire position when touch). I deposit it on 16 April 14 and inform them that I need it to return back at any cost whether repaired or not on or before 25th april as I would return back my working place near delhi on 26th april. Initially they promise me to return back within two days but they did not return it me. I visited there place every alternative day and requested them to return back immediately whether repaired or not but they did not repaired it and demand Rs 1600/- for return it back without repaired condition. On 26th april I last time visited there office for requesting them to return back my mobile but they refused. So I come back to Bhiwani, Haryana (near Delhi) without the mobile. So please do something to return back my mobile with or without repairing. I have no problem to pay Rs 1600/- if it is properly repaired. But why should I pay that amount for without repairing mobile?
After lot of complain to nokia care(contactcentre.india@microsoft.com) . They assured me on 9th may that my mobile is repaired and aftering getting there assurance I came to serampore and today(15 th May 2014) i went to nokia care at around 1pm to collect my mobile but they intentionally start harassing me in same manner as earlier. If you have any doubt about the truth of my statement you can verify my mobile network location.
