This is complain regarding the theft of material on Track No. 377683404 from Bhopal to Thane.

I sent my cousin's repaired mobile phone through courier. When the delivered box was opened by the receiver, there was nothing inside. Mobile phone inside the box was taken off and the box later repacked with some garbage polythene and then delivered. My cousin rushed out to catch the courier delivery boy, but he was gone. I informed the local authorities of the company but they are not ready to take any responsibility of it.

I mailed the whole issue to the company, but they acknowledged only once and despite my repetitive reminder mails they never replied back. So I decided to take help of online consumer forum to and hence posting my complaint here. It is a clear case of forgery and theft. Please note that, my cousin registered a complaint in the Thane Police Station for the same. The disputed amount is the approximate purchase value of the mobile which is Rs. 14000/-.
