Dated: 15th May 2014. There was an Air Conditioner which was ordered by me on 27th April from Snapdeal, Gati is their Courier partner, it was about to be delivered in Kolkata by 1st May as promised by Gati, it has not reached till now though it is 15th May 2014. When I called the Concerened person, Mr. Santosh of Shyambajar branch, he said please come and pick it up by yourself, we will take our own time since your stuff is heavy. When I called the headoffice, they said they cannot do anything about it as it will take it's own time. Worst Courier company ever dealt with. Thanks, Subhajit +966543612524
