Dear Sir,
I booked 5 tickets with travel point travels online from delhi to katra and katra to delhi on 13/5/14. Due to some medical reasons I had to cancel 3 tickets from delhi to katra. I wanted to postpone 2 tickets from Katra to delhi and wanted to cancel remaining 3 tickets. As there was no option of postpone and cancellation together. I postponed all 5 tickets from Katra to delhi, assuming that remaining 3 tickets will be possible to cancel after that. They generated me a cash coupon of Rs. 6350 for the postpone ticket. Out of that I postponed 2 tickets for an amount Rs. 2540/- and requested them to refund the remaining amount of three tickets i.e. Rs. 3810/-.
I was shocked to know that they denied to refund my balance amount. They said as per their pre/post ticket policy, this amount can not be refunded.
Sir, I want to submit that there is no such pre/post ticket policy highlighted on their website. I happen to know about any such condition only in the mail, not before than that.
I have all the correspondence with them on my mail, which i may produce if required.
Please Resolve the issue sir.
