I sent 2 items from Kharagpur to Patna via Gati-KWE on 10th May. The assured delivery date was 14th May, and it is 16th May. But I have not received the items. The website displays the reason for late delivery as: "Customer asked for a different delivery date", whereas no contact was made with me. The customer-care service of GATI-KWE is not providing any whereabouts of the goods, and the local offices are declining the calls. I demand my goods be returned to me ASAP, or appropriate compensation be made by the company for their inability to provide service.
