I had purchased the mobile phone BLACKBERRY TORCH 9810 in November last year for a handsome amount of 32000/-. Initially, due to repeated problems in phone software and hardware, the phone had got changed and we got a new phone, but after getting a new phone, the problem was recurring i.e. the software problem. On communicating the problem to the service center,i was called and the phone had got formatted which continued atleast 4-5times. Everytime I reported a problem, i was told the same reason that "Sir the problem is with software and you need to get it formatted". It is worth mentioning that service center for BLACKBERRY is at a distance of about 45Kms from my place and hence it is a menial task for me to get there every next month. It may be noted that the BLACKEBERRY has no sound online technical support.
Therefore, i request you to intervene and kindly sought me out some solution.
