Dear Sir,

my AC is out of warranty.
I have Vertis Platina Model,
But Since i have purchased this AC there are complaints in every summer. Last summer the fan of outdoor unit broke and its wings punctured the coil. So i installed new fan and coil from the company. its costs me Visiting Charge: 450, Fan: 1250, Coil : 4200, Gas Charging : 2650. Total I spent Rs. 8550.00. I have the receipt of the same given by your company.

This summer i got the same problem. So what to understand. i definitely a manufacturing defect.
My request is that the company must replace me the outdoor unit. i trusted your brand and opted for it.

same problem is repeated mean its the company fault.
pl maintain my trust in your brand and attend my complain as soon as possible
