I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I had in your establishment today. I ordered a Big meal Things were good the till I received this arrogant delivery boy at my doorstep.

The way this delivery boy behaved was jarring and pathetic. I showed the text message I received from the Pizza hut team , "Dear Customer, apologies your order no 1423 is delayed and will reach you shortly. Please accept discount of Rs.500 or the order value whichever is lesser. Pizza hut delivery". I have screenshots to prove everything. Then this delivery boy said I wont deliver you any pizza until and unless you pay "Pizza do mujhe" I asked him to arrange a call from the store manager he said "Nahe karaunga arrange" That means I wont, I asked him give me his number I will talk to this manager he Said "nahi doonga number".
I searched store number on zomato, called up the POWAI branch they too gave me this arrogant attitude said MANAGER is BUSY and they will arrange a callback. I called him up again no one picked up my phone. Went to the powai branch just to take my pizza back but came back with nothing in hand. I am a regular customer at pizza hut but now I guess I wont order any pizza., and I have never had any problems with your food in the past. While I am relatively certain this was a fluke, I am still concerned about the CRAP HAPPENED YESTERDAY, Then your CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE A MESS TOO. I would like to know how this might have happened.
I am also concerned with the lack of understanding I received from the staff member who didn't look for the issue. .I don't know if he was working alone or merely misunderstood my request, but everyone refused to let me speak to her supervisor while I was in the restaurant. I felt he acted very unprofessionally.

Mr. 09773177496 who refused to talk to us on phone when avinash called him up
Pathetic Service of POWAI branch, Meanwhile we had some hours conversation with the customer service executives, Team leaders and many other Mr. stephen assured us that we will receive call back from the store manager.
But nothing happened. Neither there was any callback nor pizza was delivered.
Please look into the matter.
