Complaint Details
I am Harini, State Bank of India customer.

I have made an IMPS transaction through ICICI internet banking on 02-Apr-14 to my already registered SBI savings account. I received an SMS (Ref No. 409112285160) on same day once transaction is initiated and amount is deducted from my account as well.

It had been a nearly month, But Amount is NOT credited beneficiary account.

On this issue I have raised a Service Request 314625680 on 9-Apr-2014. Response was 'Amount is credited to beneficiary account'.
It is a month after, on 30-Apr-14 amount is credited to SBI.
- Delay caused was a month on fund transfer.
- There was no effort taken from bank to find issue where amount lies and settle the amount.
- I sent email from Apr 9. On Apr 17, I did sent to branch email ID.

As customer I have no clue issue with which bank whether ICICI or SBI.
ICICI said ‘Amount is sent to SBI’. And SBI said ‘They have not received any reference on this transaction’.
For a month I have suffered physically and mentally roaming to both banks, after trying customer care no enough information.
