TO WHOSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
We had purchased a Classic Model Water Purifier from your local outlet on 22/08/2012.
Hardly it worked for ONE MONTH when it started malfunctioning. Water coming out was hot. One of your local service technician Mr. Shaji (Mob. No. 9846975625) who checked the system informed us that the instrument need to replaced and an alternative machine (one of our’s) was installed at site.
Our’s is factory employing 200 employees, of which all of them use this machine for drinking water purpose.
Now it is almost 3 months’ odd that this machine has not been looked into by any of your service people, in spite of calling many of them repeatedly.
Of late we did put up a complaint over your customer care no. on 28.11.2012 with complaint no : 69220024. To date nobody has turned up so far although we were informed that a service techn would turn up within 24n hours on site.
SURPRISING TO NOTE THIS FAILURE FROM YOUR PART. YOUR AFTER SALES IS SO POOR- INTERESTED ONLY IN MARKETTING!!!!…….
Upon contacting 022 30449700 we got the no of the local Manager Ms. Lija – 0484 3027625 who further diverted me to Mr. Jaya Prakash, Service Head here on 6/12/2012. and continuously from then on 7/8/9-12-2012. He also informed me always that someone would drop in – on all the days I called him, but nobody turned up upto the moment I sent you this mail.
I Would like to stake and emphasize here that we would no longer like the existing machine to be repaired, and only a replacement with a new one would be appreciated, OR else we would be forced to move to the CONSUMER COURT for claiming damages in all respects.
