I did recharge my Airtel Maharashtra number 7387769425 online from https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do, for amount 61 Rs. Money got debited from my bank account through net-banking and I did receive the recharge successful confirmation to my email id from airtel.

Rs 61 recharge is having benefits for 1p/sec ISD calls to US/Canada. But I did not get the benefits evern after the recharge confirmation from airtel.

I had a call to US around 25 mins and my balance got debited by 200 Rs. It should be approx 15 rs only as per recharge benefits. Also I called airtel customer twice, but they are not agree for recharge and refund of money, even if I gave them the transaction Id.

Online recharge transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel prepaid mobile 7387769325. Also airtel customer care deducted amount for customer care calling on 50 paise/3 min basis every time. Issue is from there side, so they should not charge for customer care discusion.
