Complaint Details
Chandan Sparsh is a chain of spas owned by the Floriana Group. They had one on 100ft road in Indiranagar, Bangalore. I was a member of the spa which required me to pre-pay for services and for which I would get discount to the retail price of services such as hair color, cut, massage, pedicures, manicures, etc. On Mar 31, 2012, I signed up for a 2nd time and paid Rs22K+ for membership. In September, 2012, the spa was shut down without any notice to the members due to some dispute between the landlord and the spa owners. In the last few months, I have contacted several people from Chandan Sparsh and Floriana group and have been given the run around. They owe me Rs.22,700. There are over 700 members who have all suffered damages of differing amounts. We feel cheated and angry that such a well established entity as Floriana group is treating us so badly. All we are asking is that they refund our money.
