sir,i request u to take a strict action against the tata photon data card service provider i had taken a connection from them in june for rs 1200 but in the first month i had charged a bill of rs 236 which i agreed but due to some rainy season i wont be able to pay the money on the last date and i had talk to tata's executive to pay the money in next (including previous month bill)but they cancelled my connection due to failure of non-payment of bill and when i had talked to their executive as to why they had been cancelled my connection than they were telling as i am a new customer so we can't give u an extension from then onwards i am not using their data card and after a couple of month they revert me back as to pay rs 1231 as their penalty now i had purchased a data card for rs 1200 and use just for a month and charged a bill of rs 236 so why should i pay rs 1231 as their penalty please help me sir they are fearing me by giving court notice please help me sir my cell no 9987816541
