This all started when i got in touch with tikona in the afternoon on Sunday 02/12/2012 and their technician after stalling for 2hrs reached my residence at 7pm in the evening to give us a demo. Everything was brilliant so we decided to get the installation done immediately thinking it wouldd be just an hr or so as the demo took hardly 15mins but they stretched on till 10pm which caused my family lots of inconvenience. After the installation was done he gave me steps to perform n said in max 2hrs i should have the internet up and running.
However, after following the steps the technician told the internet speed was pathetic, it was so slow that a dongle seemed faster than your pathetic broadband. Your company was informed before hand that if i dint get the desired speed for download, surfing and upload i will disconnect the services even its been just a half a day of installation. But we still decided to wait overnight before we started using full-fledged. Unfortunately, the situation dint seem to get better, the surfing speed was horribly slow n download was 5kbps which is outrageously unacceptable. Even after several calls to the customer service there wasn't any technician sent on the first day.
Then on day2 i started bombarding the customer service n at 8pm in the evening the technician wanted to come home n fix it which was again unacceptable, was the technician or the god-forsaken company sleeping the whole bloody day that he called at 8pm in the evening.
Day 3 i had a complete free day so kept calling the customer service told them i don't want the service n would like the whole thing removed from my house n complete refund, whole day n after several escalations the technician reached my place at 6pm in the evening (does your company even work during the day that their technician show up on in the evening, they don't know what afternoon or morning is???) he fixed the connection showed that there was 4MBPS speed at my place instead of 1MBPS which was brillaint and everything worked fine. once we started it again after he left the connection wouldn't work anymore just like it happened on he nite it was installed.
I have a few questions for u:
How come the demo shows brilliant speed and only works when the technician is around?
What happens to the speed once your technician n installation is done?
Is this how u fool customers into buying your services?
How is it that it takes 4hrs for your company to give demo and take payment but 10-15days to refund n disconnect
I want all my money back even installation, im not paying you for the trauma and inconvenience you have put us through these past 4days
I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES ANYMORE AND WANT MY COMPLETE AMOUNT OD 1800/- BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
