Complaint Details
I had subscribed to the 399 Mint offer on 07.10.12 (booking form -451581 bangalore) and was promised that newspaper delivery would start in 7days and coupons delivered in 15 days. However after several followups, the newspaper delivery started after 1 month 07.11.12. Now, its 2 months after booking and I have not received my coupons despite calling your customer care multiple times. No one is also replying to the mails I had sent to their customer care.
