Complaint Details
I recharged the number 9707848861 last week with Rs/- 1500 (One thousand and five hundred rupees) from the reliance website, which gives me 12 GB of 3g data for 90 days. I have confirmed whether the recharge was successfully done from the customer care and they said the recharge was successful and it was showing in their system.
So far I have only used 1 GB of that data. Yesterday all of my balance was deducted and I am not also being access the internet. I called customer care and they said that the balance was deducted because I used internet. I still have 11 GB data and almost 70 days or more for the validity to expire.
They are also deducting money on a regular basis for unknown reason or mentioning that I have subscribed to some value added package/sms package while I have not.
Please do the needful.
So, this is clearly a mistake. Please refund the amount and also resume the internet service.
