Complaint Details
I haven't received my mobile bills for months and I pay it without having a look at the details just to avoid disconnection of services. I have requested Airtel customer care officers as well as the nodal officer a no. of times but they did not help. I have also talked to the courier delivery company who are supposed to deliver airtel bills but they misbehaved over the phone.
