I had requested the yearly Home Loan Statement & Provisional Interest paid Certificates for this year- 2012 but the Home Loan Department -esp person named Murmu has not provided the same after repeated requests to send the documents over post. He keeps on saying that he has sent it - I have been calling the bank every day for the last 4 weeks and still have not recieved anything. Is it not the Bank's responsibility to ensure the communication reaches the customer? I need the documents to claim TDS benefit else it will have a direct financial impact on me. The person in question even doesn't have basic phone courtesy and professionalism. The Bank service is pathetic and the people are horrible to deal with. I have been following up every day for last 3 weeks and still haven't obtained the documents
