I had requested for a disconnection of Broadband & Telephone services on 21stSept2012 (The Docket#:
Broadband - 327660165
Land line - 327660429), the said services were disconnected but the billing for the Month Of September was incorrect. As per the plan there was to be a discount of 45% of the monthly plan but for some reason this discount was not applied for the entire duration of September 2012. I raised a complain for the same but didn't get any resolution even after repeated communication (see attachment).
I now received a notice from SA Associates (Victoria Layout Bangalore) demanding to pay the bill amount with interest + legal fees of Rs.500/-.
