Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I, Dr Aditya Prakash, went to Prakash Dental Hospital for the treatment of my teeth on 26 October, 2012. One of the two doctors present diagnosed me and asked me to undergo flossing and an x-ray, to calculate the severity of damage my teeth had undergone, which I did. Another doctor present did flossing and said, seven of my tooth need filling, to which I agreed, and he repaired my teeth with temporary filling. Later, just after one day I came to know that all the filling done on 7 tooth had come off (fallen from its place). I immediately went to the Prakash Dental Clinic in a fit of fury to complain, what kind of filling (treatment) has been done. To my utter surprise the doctor who performed on my teeth said, it was a temporary filling, as we want to assure whether your teeth are able to accept the temporary filling or not. He had experimented on my seven separate tooth chiselling/cutting/axing them to the extent that my nerve endings on the inner tooth are making normal cold and hot things difficult to eat and chew.
Due to the reason being in a state of utter resentment, towards untrained doctors, I forgot to take back the prescription paper from the clinic, as I left, but I have the X-Ray copy of my teeth/jaws they had taken in their clinic. The doctor who damaged my teeth totally said, he would do permanent filling of my teeth for free, and from his pocket, though I didn't opt for that and did not go to that clinic after that.
