Dear sir/ Madam,

I bought a pair of shoes from wild stone shoes and more in tilak nagar market. I was issued a bill/Cash memo with book number 113 and serial number 22489 dated 16/12/2012. The bill has a tin number mentioned on it. However, the bill has subtotal only mentioned on it but does not gives the bifurcation of the base amount and vat amount charged. When I asked the shopkeeper to issue me bill with exact details of the vat charged they refused. I requested them to detail the vat amount which is inclusive of the 1000 inr paid by me.

Please suggest what can be done.
