Dear Sir/Madam, I have registered for the Gas pipeline connection from Indraprasth Gas Corporation Ltd. almost a year back. I have already deposited the requisite fees for that too but to my great surprise I have not even received any sort of pipe-line installation. It has already been some time now and I can see that in Shiva Enclave, A-4 Paschim Vihar, New Delhi; many people have got their gas pipeline connection up and running. But inspite of my repeated reminders/calls to the contractor I have got nothing. Please look into this matter urgently and let me know the reason behind the delay. Please also do let me know whether IPGCL is interested in installing and providing gas pipeline connection to me or not. If not, then I would very much like to get my money back.
