I've requested Reliance to terminate Internet service on 9357630549 on sept-9, but they didn't terminated till now and I'm getting bills for no-use. These guys accepted request and assured me that the service will be terminated within week but didn't terminate the service and I'm getting the bill this month again.
Again I filed request on dec-6-2012 and they are telling me to clear the dues and that too for no-use at all.
Please rectify this issue. I don't want to pay these unnecessary bills. As I've already switched to some other connection.
